Can you get banned from myspace for posting pictures with weapons, Megaten/Persona 3 question?

I'm a Megaten Girl (woot) and I'm currently WAY into Persona 3. I want to do a photoshoot imitating the style of the game, which consists of charcters using gun shaped tools to evoke part of thier personality from thier head, which looks just like they are shooting themselves. I'm afraid that if I upload a picture like that, myspace might delete my account, however, there is no policy on myspace that prohibits pictures involving weapons. Here is the quote from their policy:

Use of MySpace.com is restricted to persons 14 years of age or older.Any photo containing cartoons, comics, celebrities, nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or any copyrighted image (unless you own the copyright) is not permitted. Photos of celebrities and cartoon or comic images are generally copyrighted by the owner.

Does anyone know for certain if this will result in my account being deleted? Or will it just go unnoticed like all the pornographic stuff I see all the time :)

Nope. Even if they would, Myspace technicians do not go violation-hunting for kids that post inappropriate cartoons; they got better things to do. The only way would be if multiple people reported you for having a "copyrighted image", %26amp; who do you think would spend a minute of their life doing that??

my firend has pics of him just holding a real gun on his lap, and he still is a myspace 'holic!! go for it, i think i might do it for hubby, lol

maybe, but the feds will usually track u down. yes they will. myspace is monitored by the fbi.

umm i honestly don't know but i suggest you should read myspace terms and rules just in case.

I'd say that they won't notice it, because there is a lot of porno stuff on myspace as it is (just like you mentioned)...and no one ever reports that.

There are too many members for Tom to be watching all the time, so I don't think you should be worried about getting deleted.

But I do sugguest that you go ahead and make a second "back up" account just in case.
