You can look for one or make your own custom one on Pimp-My-Profile.com

To make your own you'll have to find pics on other websites....but it does accept a photobucket upload, if you have a photobucket account...or you can just click on an image and copy the image URL.

There are a lot of other sites that have layouts. If you don't have any luck with Pimp-My-Profile, just type in myspace backgrounds on Google.
